Polish & Ceramic Technician

Stelter Detailing — Regina, SK

Job Summary

Stelter Detailing is seeking an experienced Polish & Ceramic Technician to join our growing shop in Regina. This is skilled, precision work on high-value vehicles — machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating application. It's more than just a job: it's an opportunity to sharpen your craft, grow within a fast-scaling company, and be part of an energetic, high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an exceptional eye for detail, and is committed to delivering flawless results. Every vehicle that leaves our shop carries our reputation — you'll be the one making sure it leaves looking its absolute best.

Please note: previous machine polishing and ceramic coating experience is a requirement for this role. This is not an entry-level or trainee position, and it is not a detailing position — applications without hands-on polish and ceramic experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Perform machine polishing and multi-stage paint correction (cutting, polishing, finishing)
- Prep and apply ceramic coatings to manufacturer standards
- Use proper techniques, pads, compounds, and products for various paint types and surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections or damage and report findings to management
- Maintain efficiency while upholding Stelter's high-quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction

- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with additional shop tasks as required

Qualifications

- Previous machine polishing and paint correction experience — REQUIRED. Tell us about it up front: where you've worked, what machines and systems you've run, and photos of your work if you have them.
- Ceramic coating application experience — required. Certification with a coating brand is a strong asset.
- Confident with rotary and dual-action polishers, and choosing the right pad/compound combo for the job
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work under inspection lighting
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and accountability for your results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

This position is ideal for a technician who is driven, dependable, and looking for long-term growth within a company that is rapidly expanding in Regina. We value professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

If you take pride in performance and results — and you've got the polishing experience to back it up — we want to hear from you.
