Maple Ridge Hyundai is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team!

We’re looking for top-performing, highly motivated Sales Manager ready to crush it in a high-traffic, high-lead, high-reward environment.

The Sales Manager is responsible to lead the sales team while exceeding our customer service standards. An ideal candidate will have a strong sales management background in the automotive industry. Must be self motivated, with a contagiously positive attitude and proven ability to inspire and lead a team to success.

This position is perfect for individuals with 2-4 years of sales manager experience in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

- Complete daily game plan meetings with every Sales Consultant & hold team accountable
- Lead and train Sales Team on process and inventory
- Review daily appointments were met and follow up with customers for feedback with strong close to sale
- Monitor the sales floor and lot, to ensure all customers are welcomed by of the Sales Team
- Have full knowledge of our product, including all vehicles on the lot, products and services offered by our Fixed Operations Team
- Motivate Sales Team to provide excellent customer service daily
- Be precise with information
- Be able to take direction from experienced and knowledgeable leaders
- Be able to crush goals
- Be ready to be a part of a championship team
- Customer focused and strong communication skills
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including Saturdays and being on-call
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Strong time management skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills

Requirements:

- Previous Automotive sales manager experience
- Self-motivated
- Have a proven track record leading teams
- PBS knowledge is considered a key asset
- Hold or be able to obtain a VSA License




- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Relationship Building Skills
