As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service center. Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing friendly and outgoing customer service.

Utilize strong computer skills to navigate various parts websites, labor guides, and point of sale systems.

Manage shop flow and allocate work to technicians, giving clear instructions and ensuring efficient operations.

Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering parts when necessary.





Requirements:

General knowledge and passion for the automotive industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent sales skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong computer skills to navigate various parts websites, labor guides, and point of sale systems.

Clear and effective communication skills to provide instructions and manage shop flow.

Pay: $59,033.26-$72,087.39 per year
