Duties

- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including community events and B2B (business-to-business) outreach, to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and upsell premium options.
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability while satisfying customer expectations.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing opportunities using organizational tools and CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and new inventory to attract high-end buyers.
- Assist in sales management tasks such as maintaining sales records,



preparing reports, and supporting dealership goals for retail sales growth.

Skills

- Proven experience in dealership or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles or used cars.
- Strong outside sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex information.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish or other languages, to serve diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies to develop partnerships and expand market reach.
- Exceptional organizational skills for tracking leads, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
- Effective phone etiquette combined with excellent communication skills for engaging customers remotely or face-to-face.
- Experience in marketing support activities such as promoting inventory or special offers to boost retail sales.
- Strong math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures efficiently.
