Overview

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Service Center Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily service flow, ensuring that the vehicle lot is immaculately organized, customer cars are moved safely, and vehicles are clean and ready for pickup. This is a fast-paced, physical position perfect for someone who loves cars and is looking to build a career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Management: Safely move and park customer vehicles around the service bays and parking lot.
- Lot Organization: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and accessible lot. Maximize parking space and ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
- Service Preparation: Greet customers warmly in the service lane, install protective floor mats/seat covers, and perform quick visual inspections for existing damage before tagging the vehicle.
- Vehicle Detailing: Wash, vacuum, and wipe down vehicles post-service to guarantee they exceed customer expectations upon delivery.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the service bays, shop walkways, and customer waiting areas free of debris. Perform seasonal lot duties such as clearing snow/ice from vehicles and shoveling entryways. And assist with seasonal tire storage.
- Shuttle & Errands: Assist with driving customers or running local parts swaps and Picking up fleet vehciles when requested.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving abstract.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to safely navigate tight spaces and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Professionalism: Excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a clean, presentable appearance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $17.60-$23.91 per hour
