Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their automotive needs and concerns
- Provide expert advice on vehicle repairs, maintenance options, and available services
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and explaining service procedures clearly
- Upsell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining transparency
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and sales activities




- Collaborate with the dealership’s mechanics to ensure customer expectations are met efficiently and effectively

Skills

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales and service processes
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to confidently discuss vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Experience in automotive repair environments is highly desirable
- Cash handling proficiency with attention to accuracy and security
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information to customers
