Job Title: AWS Tech Lead - AWS, .NET, Python

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in AWS, C#/.NET, and Python to lead the development team, drive technical delivery, and build scalable cloud-native applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable coding, solutioning, mentoring developers, and leading technical execution

Key Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Drive technical design, architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
- Develop and support APIs, microservices, and serverless applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Manage technical delivery, resolve complex issues, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Promote automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence.

Required Skills

1. 8+ years of software development experience.
2. 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
3. 8+ years of Strong hands-on experience with:
4. AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
5. C#/.NET
6. Python
7. Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery
8. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- AWS Certification.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.
