- Success in this position requires a range of skills, both interpersonal and technical.

- It requires a solid foundation across the complete spectrum of software engineering of distributed systems using Java/J2EE as core set of technologies.

- The candidate should be comfortable working across all the tiers in the proposed solution: RDBMS, batch processes, application servers.

- Java Programming language - Candidate will have an chance to work directly with the users, business analyst, translate business requirements into the technical architecture and manage overall deliverables.

- Further the candidate need to have strong skills of executing projects and sustaining complex IT applications using well known SDLC methodologies like iterative method, Agile etc.

- The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team environment along with Bangalore, Mumbai, London and New York teams.

- The candidate may be responsible for more than one project at a time.
