Barbershop Supervisor

Mullets Barbershop is looking for a strong, motivated, and people-focused Supervisor to help lead our team and keep our shop thriving.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the barbershop team on a daily basis
- Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every client has a great experience
- Support scheduling, shop organization, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and service quality
- Help motivate team members and encourage strong performance
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new staff
- Address customer questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner
- Help monitor shop supplies, equipment, and overall presentation
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back
- Lead by example through reliability, positivity, and a strong work ethic

What We’re Looking For
- Previous barbershop, salon, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience




- Strong communication and people skills
- A confident, dependable, and motivated attitude
- Excellent customer-service skills
- The ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- A natural ability to lead, coach, and encourage others
- Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- A current barber or cosmetology license, if required by state regulations
