The Supermarket is a 400-capacity live music, DJ, and event venue in Kensington Market. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar and front-of-house operations.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage bartenders and front-of-house staff
- Schedule and train staff
- Oversee bar operations during busy nights and events
- Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and beverage costs
- Drive bar sales and improve profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service and a great guest experience
- Work with management, promoters, artists, and event clients
- Help create an energetic, professional atmosphere

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of bar, restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent organization and communication
- Smart Serve certification
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Live music or event experience is an asset

We’re looking for someone energetic, accountable, hands-on, and motivated by building a great team and increasing sales. Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
