Transcend Studios is a premier boutique wellness sanctuary dedicated to empowering our community through high-energy movement, holistic recovery, and biohacking in a beautiful, state-of-the-art environment. We are looking for welcoming, detail-oriented Wellness Baristas for our flagship location at 3229 Yonge Street in Midtown, Toronto, to craft nourishing, high-quality beverages and elevate the premium guest experience.

The Role & Available Shifts

As a Wellness Barista, you are a vital part of the member experience, providing the perfect pre-workout boost or post-class recovery. You will be responsible for executing our 100% plant-based, organic, and sugar-free menu with precision and care.

What You'll Be Pouring:

- Crafting ceremonial-grade matcha and hojicha lattes.
- Blending customized vegan protein smoothies.
- Educating members on our ingredients and their holistic benefits.
- Maintaining a pristine, highly organized, and welcoming bar environment.
- Managing inventory and ensuring all ingredients are prepped for peak class rush times.

What You Bring to the Studio

- Prior barista, café, or hospitality experience (experience with specialty beverages or health-focused menus is a huge plus).
- A genuine passion for holistic wellness, nutrition, and fitness.




- Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to remember names, regular orders, and make every member feel seen and welcomed.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during the busy windows immediately before and after classes.
- Punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a pristine attention to cleanliness and detail.
