Responsibilities

- Provide expert hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering professional recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client experiences and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options,



aftercare instructions, and product recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness, stock levels, and sanitation protocols to uphold high hygiene standards.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of barbering experience in canada
- Strong skills in men’s haircuts, fades, beard trimming, and styling
- Professional, reliable, and customer-foc
- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of hair cutting and styling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures related to hair salons or barbershops.
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships.
- Previous experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus.
- A valid barbering or cosmetology license as required by local regulations.
