Job Summary

Making and serving coffee and other drinks, interacting with customers, and maintaining the work area. Also assist retail customers with their purchases of the retail stores merchandise. Provide outstanding customer service, merchandise, processes sales as well as maintains the store’s cleanliness and appearance.

Responsibilities

- Baristas prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will use coffee equipment, like espresso machines and grinders, to make drinks.
- Also, would be responsible for facilitating retail sales and working on our POS system with customers looking to buy products from our retail store.
- Assisting customers, this includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and being knowledgeable about our products.
- Merchandising, monitoring floor stock and processing shipments.
- Maintain the stores cleanliness and appearance.
- Baristas follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.




- Staying up to date on the most current sales and promotions.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Experience

- 1-2 years of Barista and Retail service experience is a bonus.
- Basis knowledge with Windows, Microsoft Office and email communications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Basic math skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Store Hours: 8am to 6/7pm
- Job Types: Part-time (20 to 25 hrs per week), Permanent
- Salary: $17.95 per hour + Tips
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
