Barista (Full time & Part-Time)

Pay: $16.75 –$17.00/hour Location: In person

The Role

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience: crafting quality beverages, supporting food service, and creating an environment that feels both efficient and welcoming.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys multitasking, and brings a calm, friendly energy to everything they do.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Take orders and process payments using our POS system (Micros experience is a bonus)
- Create a warm and engaging experience for every customer—from greeting to handoff
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (bar, seating area, equipment)
- Support food preparation and ensure all food safety standards are met
- Handle cash accurately and confidently




- Work collaboratively with your team to keep service smooth during busy periods
- Stay attentive to the small details that elevate customer experience
- Create to the team environment in a positive manner

What We’re Looking For

- A people-first mindset—you enjoy connecting with others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, while also able to take initiative independently
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn) food safety practices
- Previous barista or food service experience is an asset—but not required
