As we expand, we are looking for dedicated high end Bartenders for a gorgeous restaurant with an unbelievable vibe that everyone will remember and want to come back to.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service from order to completion.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly,



ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating strong time management skills.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in bartending or serving roles.
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with restaurant operations, food industry standards, and time management is highly desirable.
