Job Title: Barista Trainer

Job Type: Full-time

Sangam Catering is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Barista Trainer to train and develop barista staff, maintain beverage quality standards, and support consistent café and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

- Train new and existing baristas on coffee and beverage preparation
- Demonstrate proper espresso, milk steaming, brewing, and beverage techniques
- Teach recipes, portion standards, presentation, and service procedures
- Evaluate barista performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support staff development and ongoing beverage training
- Maintain consistent coffee and beverage quality standards
- Train staff on POS systems, customer service, and order accuracy as needed
- Promote proper equipment use, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed
- Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies
- Work with management to identify training needs and improve service standards
- Support daily beverage operations when required

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista Trainer,



Head Barista, Barista Lead, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and specialty beverages
- Excellent training, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to demonstrate and explain beverage techniques clearly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule Full-time schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $12.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
