Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food orders accurately, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage POS systems, including Micros POS, for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, balance registers at shift end, and process payments accurately.
- Assist in food preparation when needed, ensuring proper food handling and safety procedures are followed.
- Provide friendly guest services by answering questions,



accommodating special requests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely service for all guests.
- Follow all food industry standards for sanitation, safety, and hospitality to deliver an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and bar orders efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and calculating bills or tips accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; eagerness to learn is essential.
