Spuntino est à la recherche d’un(e) barman/barmaid expérimenté(e) qui partage notre passion pour l’hospitalité et la gastronomie italienne.

Votre rôle consistera à :

- Préparer les boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées avec précision et efficacité, en accord avec notre carte de cocktails
- Conseiller les clients et leur faire des recommandations selon leurs goûts et préférences
- Maintenir un environnement propre et organisé au bar et respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de service afin d’assurer un service de haute qualité et de répondre aux attentes de notre clientèle
- Participer à la gestion des stocks, aux commandes et aux inventaires
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de notre offre de bar ainsi qu’à l’élaboration de nouvelles boissons et de nouveaux cocktails

Profil recherché :
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans la préparation de boissons dans un restaurant haut de gamme ou un bar à cocktails
- Excellentes compétences en communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe
- Forte capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Connaissance approfondie des cocktails, des vins et des spiritueux, ainsi qu’un intérêt pour les nouvelles tendances en matière de boissons
- Excellent sens de la présentation et de la qualité du service
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles,

- The new Spuntino restaurant is looking for an experienced bartender who shares our passion for hospitality and Italian cuisine.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, in accordance with our cocktail menu
- Providing advice and recommendations to guests based on their beverage preferences
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area while complying with all applicable hygiene and safety standards
- Working closely with the service team to ensure high-quality service and meet the expectations of our guests
- Assisting with stock management, ordering, and inventory
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our bar program and the development of new drinks and cocktails

Bartender Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing beverages in an upscale restaurant or cocktail bar
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with an interest in current beverage trends
- Excellent presentation skills and a robust commitment to quality service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
