Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step in.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, promoting responsible drinking practices while ensuring a safe environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately,



including making change and processing credit card payments using Toast or similar systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and assist with serving food when needed.

Experience

- Previous experience working as a bartender or in a food industry setting is highly preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Knowledge of alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory management.
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments that emphasize teamwork, communication, and high-quality service delivery is a plus.
