As a bartender at Q Cigar Room, you'll combine a passion for mixology with exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to Q Cigar Room specialties, ensuring each guest receives a drink that meets our high standards.
2. Cigar Pairing: Understand our cigar menu and make recommendations for drink pairings that enhance the cigar experience.
3. Customer Service: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
4. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
5. Knowledge and Education: Stay updated on the latest drink trends and continue to refine your skills in mixology.



Participate in regular training sessions on current cigar offerings and pairing techniques.
6. Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and a high-quality guest experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a bartender.
2. Knowledge of mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparations.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods.
5. Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
6. Knowledge of cigars or a willingness to learn.
7. Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
