Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff.
- Provide attentive table service, ensuring guests’ needs are promptly addressed and their experience exceeds expectations.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in setting up the bar and dining areas,



ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in bartending or serving roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently.
- Experience with food industry standards, hospitality practices, and cashiering is preferred but not required.
