We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Bartender / Server to join our small, welcoming bar. We have a simple cocktail menu and a relaxed atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who can provide attentive service, work independently, and make guests feel at home.

This is a part-time position offering approximately 12–18 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Serve guests at the bar and tables, and prepare beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Provide friendly, attentive service and build positive relationships with guests.
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments using the POS system.
- Follow Alberta liquor laws, AGLC requirements, and responsible liquor service practices.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties.

Qualifications




- A minimum of three years of experience in the serving industry is required.
- Bartending experience is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized during a shift.
- Comfort handling cash and using a POS system.
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold valid ProServe certification.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
