Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items as needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with the food industry.
- Proficiency in using POS systems is highly desirable.
- Robust time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
