Do you like to work outside? Do you like to approach every task with integrity and expect your team to do the same? This role involves working alongside a dedicated crew to provide high quality snow clearing services for commercial and residential clients.

What's Expected

- Positive attitude. Weather can be miserable, we don't have to be.
- Operate hand tools and equipment to perform snow clearing tasks efficiently.
- Apply salt/sand to walkways
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly
- Navigate using a tablet-based software
- Properly maintain daily use equipment
- On-call for duration of winter season (November-April)
- Ability to work long hours in adverse weather conditions
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude

Need to have/Good to have

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions




- Previous experience in snow removal, property maintenance or related fields is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools an asset
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus
- G license preferred with a clean driver's abstract
- Towing trailer experience an asset
