Summary

The Beauty Advisor builds lasting customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty. This commission-based role delivers exceptional service and expert product knowledge while supporting the Tom Ford brand.

Responsibilities

- Exceed individual and brand sales and service goals while building and maintaining a loyal client base.

- Share product knowledge and maintain relationships with store buyers, vendors, and selling managers.

- Support brand sales through marketing opportunities, events, assortment recommendations, and regular communication with store management.

- Attend educational sessions and perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.

- Communicate with personal clients, resolve customer service issues,



and collaborate with management on escalated concerns.

Requirements

- High school diploma and at least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.

- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Strong collaboration and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Availability for a versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Luxury retail experience preferred; makeup artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.

- Fluency in French and English.
