- Provide expert nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art to meet diverse client preferences
- Engage clients through effective upselling of retail products and additional treatments to enhance their experience
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and treatment areas after each service
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product benefits




- Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs

Qualifications

- Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, and skincare treatments from previous roles or training programs
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their individual needs
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a beauty or spa setting
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products effectively and contribute to the team’s success
