Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our bubble tea shop! This role is a great opportunity to work in a fun, rapid-paced environment where customer service, consistency, and teamwork matter. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we provide full training. This position is perfect for anyone looking to build skills in drink preparation, cashiering, and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks, toppings, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Take customer orders efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service
- Handle payments and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety guidelines
- Assist with ingredient prep, topping production, storage, and basic inventory duties




- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure timely drink preparation, especially during rush hours
- Support fellow team members in creating a welcoming environment for all guests

Requirements

- Previous food service, cashiering, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems (Micros POS experience is a plus)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Kitchen or beverage preparation experience is a bonus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak business hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
