We distribute mobile accessories, consumer electronics, gaming products, and technology brands through an established network of independent retailers and retail partners.

We are looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join our growing sales team and develop strong, long-term relationships with our retail dealer network.

The RoleAs a Bilingual Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new retail accounts, increasing sales, and identifying opportunities to introduce customers to new products and brands.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, following up on opportunities, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of retail and dealer accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers through regular phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Introduce customers to new products, brands, promotions, and seasonal programs.
- Prospect and develop new retail accounts across Canada.
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads and quotations.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer purchasing activity and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, backorders, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Help customers select the right products based on their business and customer base.
- Participate in sales promotions, product launches,



and dealer programs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
- Fluent in English and French — spoken and written.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, wholesale, distribution, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Confident asking for the sale and following up consistently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, Shopify, Microsoft Office, and email.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic, and results-oriented attitude.
- Experience in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, wireless, technology, or retail is an asset.
