Members with benefits guidance and promote wellness programs that elevate workplace experience. MNP, a leading national accounting and business advisory firm in Canada, seeks a seasoned Benefits Advisor to deliver bilingual support and foster an inclusive culture. In this role, you'll collaborate with external vendors and enhance employee benefits communications to promote understanding.

You'll play a key role in managing inquiries and delivering impactful wellness programs for MNP's diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide bilingual support on benefits and retirement savings
- Partner with vendors to ensure quality service delivery




- Draft and publish benefits communications in French and English
- Collaborate on seasonal campaigns and program launches
- Manage leave of absence case management effectively Requirements:
- Four years of experience in group benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Completion of Group Benefits Associate (GBA) 1 or 2 preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English Leverage your expertise in benefits and contribute to MNP's mission of enhancing employee well-being.
