Energetic Funds in Montreal, QC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6 month contract. You will handle inbound calls, assist Advisors and Associates with account inquiries, and coordinate with Dynamic Centres of Excellence to resolve issues.

Fluent English and French communication, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential. University degree in Finance and MS Office knowledge are preferred; CSC/IFIC is a plus.
