By assessing claimant needs and understanding the functional impact of diagnoses, you'll develop and implement tailored rehabilitation service plans. Your proactive interactions with claimants, employers, and treatment providers will drive functional improvements towards employability goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess rehabilitation service impact through interviews and file reviews




- Develop cost-effective return to work plans for claimants
- Oversee necessary counseling and referral services
- Maintain follow-up contact to resolve barriers
- Prepare detailed written reports on cases Requirements:
- University degree related to rehabilitation
- Minimum 4 years experience in rehabilitation
- Bilingual in French and English
- Valid driver’s license for community travel
