We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to support our billing and shop administration. The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate parts and supplies.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and process invoices using Top Lift's in-house and customer systems
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries, utilizing internal management system(s) to log issues.
- Resolve billing issues.
- Update account information: follow-up to ensure any issues have been resolved.




- Review and approve work orders for final billing.
- Order parts and shop supplies.
- Liaise with vendors.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong ability with MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Proven experience with large volumes of data entry.
- Work well independently, and as part of a team.
- Solid sense of responsibility.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
