- Clean building entrances and common areas thoroughly
- Ensure health and safety for Resident Members
- Manage cleaning of vacant suites and perform touch-ups
- Pick up interior and exterior garbage regularly
- Assist with snow removal and maintenance tasks as needed Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience required
- Strong time-management and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 90kg with equipment
