Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly to ensure timely service
- Cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support food presentation and portioning to meet customer expectations
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
- Basic understanding of meal preparation, cooking methods, and food industry practices
