We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Jonas accounting software
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and support budgeting activities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare relevant reports for management review
- Government remittances including EHT, WSIB, EIT, HST, T4's.





Requirements

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Jonas accounting software and Excel
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting processes
- Robust attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team
