Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping practices, and support our day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Myob Accounting,QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
- Conduct account analysis and prepare reports to support financial decision-making




- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and revenues

Qualifications

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation accurately
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis
- Prior experience in a retail or small business setting is a plus
