Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring participants, fostering a positive environment, and helping individuals develop their skills, particularly in boxing and martial arts. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on participants' growth and confidence through effective teaching and leadership.

Duties

- Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels in boxing or other sports.
- Teach proper techniques, safety protocols, and best practices to participants of all ages.
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment during all activities, adhering to safety standards.
- Organize practice schedules, coordinate team activities, and assist with event preparations.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitude among participants.




- Maintain equipment and facilities in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching, preferably in swimming or related sports.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety procedures, and instructional methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of participants across different age ranges.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
