As the Branch Operations & Support Lead, you will oversee daily cash management while providing leadership to Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) at both the Powell River and Texada branches.

Your mission is to ensure top-notch member service, enforce operational excellence, and maintain compliance with regulations. You'll foster a collaborative atmosphere and help grow the FSR team’s capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide coaching and support to the FSR team
- Manage staffing requirements, including hiring and training
- Order and manage cash levels for both branches
- Troubleshoot Cash Recycling Units and ATMs
- Resolve member issues promptly and satisfactorily Requirements:
