Responsibilities

- Deliver customer experiences aligned with brand expectations and support store sales goals.
- Execute company initiatives, maintain store standards, and support team training.
- Engage clients through outreach, networking, and alternative purchasing and product discovery tools.
- Provide management with feedback on customer needs, category opportunities, and business results.

Requirements

- Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Be able to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb as required.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as needed.
