Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service and support sales objectives and performance metrics.
- Assist customers with styling, product information, fitting room needs, and available programs.
- Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom standards, including visual presentation and replenishment.
- Support store operations, opening and closing duties, training, and a positive team workplace.

Requirements

- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
