AstraZeneca Canada is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Breast Cancer portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute brand strategy across evolving products, translating patient and market insights into prioritized marketing plans.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and cross-functional partners to drive launches, omnichannel experiences and customer-led initiatives, contributing to market access and competitive positioning.
