We currently have a Breakfast Server position available at Coast Capri Hotel. There is an opportunity for ongoing employment year-round.

The Breakfast Server will welcome guests and assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and lounge area. The ideal candidate goes above and beyond to take care of guests from the presentation of amenities to giving each guest a genuine, personalized dining experience, while also providing fast, friendly, and efficient service. MUST HAVE: weekend availability and early mornings are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Assist with morning setup of breakfast: prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality food & beverage products consistently for all guests

· Take orders for food and beverage and ensure prompt delivery and quality of the product(s)

· Serve food and beverages in the dining room, room service requests

· Provide exceptional customer service to guests by clearly communicating and resolving challenges to guest satisfaction

· Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

· At least 1-year previous experience in a similar role,



which demonstrates knowledge and conversational ability in order to provide a quality tableside experience

· Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, regardless of issues, while performing multiple tasks with multiple guests/ items/products

· Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs unassisted

· Ability to work various shifts including weekends and statutory holidays
