Job Summary

Glow FX is a results-driven, home-based med spa specializing in all things skin, lashes and brows. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented, motivated and self-sufficient Lash and/or Brow Artist to join our team.

We’re open to someone who specializes in lashes, brows, or both. Experience is required, but we will provide training on our specific services, products, techniques and client experience to ensure you feel confident representing the Glow FX brand.

This is a great opportunity for an artist who is driven, passionate about their craft and looking to grow their clientele within an established beauty business.

SERVICES MAY INCLUDE

Brows

- Brow shaping/waxing
- Brow tinting & hybrid dye
- Brow lamination
- Brow mapping & customization

Lashes
- Lash lifts
- Lash tints
- Other lash services based on experience and training

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Providing high-quality, customized lash and/or brow services
- Creating a welcoming and elevated client experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary workspace
- Booking and managing client appointments
- Following up with clients and encouraging rebooking




- Taking before & after photos and creating social media content
- Assisting with Glow FX social media
- Maintaining knowledge of products, techniques and industry trends
- Taking initiative and working independently
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
