Rooster Building Group Ltd. is a Calgary-based construction company specializing in building envelope restoration, waterproofing, concrete repairs, and exterior rehabilitation. We are looking for a dependable and skilled Building Envelope Restoration Technician to join our growing team and assist with a variety of restoration and rehabilitation projects throughout Calgary and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

- Perform building envelope repairs and exterior restoration work.
- Install and repair waterproofing membranes and balcony traffic coating systems.
- Complete exterior sealant and caulking removal and replacement.
- Assist with concrete repairs, crack injection, and surface preparation.
- Perform stucco, EIFS, and other exterior wall repairs as required.
- Assist with window, glazing, and moisture intrusion-related repairs.
- Prepare surfaces and apply construction materials in accordance with project specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Follow project drawings, instructions, and established quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, project managers, and other trades.
- Travel to various project sites throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in building envelope restoration, waterproofing, concrete restoration, or general construction is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and repair techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks,



including lifting materials, working outdoors, and standing for extended periods.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Experience with traffic coatings, waterproofing systems, sealants, or concrete repairs is an asset.
- Relevant safety certifications and construction training are considered an asset.

Work Schedule

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, depending on project requirements.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Work will take place at various job sites in Calgary and surrounding areas.
