We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis Mon-Wed- Friday , Should be available for on Call as more shift can be also offered

. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your Plumbing , electrical, Painting and facilities maintenance expertise in a dynamic setting, contributing directly to the overall functionality of our operations.

Responsibilities

- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals
- Resolve apartment work order provided by property management office
- Carry out Electrical , Plumbing , Painting , drywall repair.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed on time




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally while maintaining positive communication with team members
- Perform seasonal maintenance for exterior , pressure wash , snow removal
- Other duties as provided

Qualifications

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on building systems
- Supervising experience is highly desirable for leadership responsibilities within the team
- Strong building maintenance knowledge
- Ability to operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) effectively for automated system troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices combined with customer service orientation
