Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Requirements definition, agile delivery & implementation readiness

Location/Time Zone Coverage:

Nearshore — Support EST Hours

Location: Location is not a major constraint for these roles , as long as the resource is based in Canada and can work from any Infosys office in Canada .

Role Summary

- Support discovery, requirements definition, agile delivery, and implementation readiness for GMSx Manufacturing Workstream initiatives. These roles will blend strong business-analysis capability with hands-on Scrum Master delivery support, working closely with manufacturing subject-matter experts, product owners, Tech & Digital (TD), and implementation partners.
- The resource may support distinct but interconnected capability areas, such as Golden Batch, Connected Worker/OEE, and PAT evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and document business-process discovery with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and digital stakeholders.
- Translate operational needs into clear user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with product owners to prioritize work based on manufacturing value, feasibility, risk, and release readiness.
- Support design and validation of future-state workflows for Golden Batch and Connected Worker/OEE use cases.
- Capture and help support the creation of documentation for process, data, integration, reporting, validation and user-adoption requirements required for implementation.
- Identify dependencies, issues, decisions,



and risks; maintain transparent delivery tracking and escalate blockers promptly.
- Support testing preparation, business-user engagement, training/readiness planning, and site deployment activities as needed.
- Contribute to PAT evaluation through current-state assessment, use-case definition, stakeholder interviews, requirements capture, and benefit/risk analysis.

Required Experience and Capabilities

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Analyst, or similar role in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a GMP-regulated life-sciences setting.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, batch execution, shop-floor workflows, and the interaction between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Digital/IT.
- Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting requirements for manufacturing digital solutions.
- Hands-on agile delivery experience, including backlog management, user-story development, facilitation, and team-level delivery reporting.
- Familiarity with GMP requirements, electronic records/data integrity considerations, and validation or computerized-system implementation practices.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder-management, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with MES/eBR, Golden Batch, OEE, connected worker, industrial IoT, process data historians, manufacturing analytics, or digital work instructions.
- Exposure to PAT concepts, process monitoring, manufacturing data science, or advanced process control.
- Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis, or agile-delivery certification.
- Experience supporting manufacturing site pilots, rollouts, or change adoption.
