Senior Business Development & Referral Relations Manager

Home Care | Rehabilitation | Personal Injury / MVA

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Business Development & Referral Relations Manager to develop and expand referral partnerships across Ontario.

This is , relationship-driven business development role. We are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience working within the Ontario personal injury, MVA, rehabilitation, home care, or healthcare referral sector and who already understands how to build professional relationships with lawyers, case managers, rehabilitation professionals, and other referral partners.

The successful candidate should have an established professional network in Ontario, particularly with:

- Personal Injury Lawyers and Law Firms
- MVA and Accident-Benefits professionals
- Case Managers
- Rehabilitation Clinics and Healthcare Providers
- Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Professionals
- Retirement Homes and Senior Living Communities
- Other healthcare and community referral sources

Key Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to generate current referral relationships and client opportunities.

The successful candidate will

- Meet directly with personal injury lawyers, law firms, case managers, rehabilitation clinics, and other referral partners
- Develop new relationships with Ontario law firms handling MVA and personal injury cases
- Maintain and strengthen existing professional referral relationships
- Identify new MVA, rehabilitation, home-care, and senior-care referral opportunities
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-up with referral partners




- Develop relationships with retirement homes, senior communities, and rehabilitation organizations
- Generate measurable referral and business-development results

Required Experience

Candidates should have

- Previous business development or referral-relations experience in Ontario
- Strong existing relationships or a professional network within the personal injury, legal, MVA, rehabilitation, healthcare, or senior-care sectors
- Demonstrated experience developing referral partnerships and generating new business
- Excellent professional English communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario healthcare and rehabilitation referral environment
- Confidence meeting independently with lawyers, case managers, healthcare professionals, and senior decision-makers
- A professional, relationship-oriented approach with strong networking and follow-up skills

Important

This is not an entry-level position.

We are not looking for someone who is new to business development or who needs to build their professional network from the beginning.

A qualified and well-groomed appearance, access to a reliable vehicle, strong verbal communication skills, and a friendly and personable manner are essential requirements for this position

We are looking for an experienced professional who already understands the Ontario market, has established industry relationships, and can begin developing referral opportunities and partnerships from the outset

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6.0 per week
