Vacancy – Business Development Manager

TUGUN by Kamola Kelin is a fashion brand offering a up-to-date interpretation of traditional clothing. We are developing a new men's division and are looking for a proactive and ambitious manager to take responsibility for its development and operational management.

Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the brand's men's division and coordinate the team.
- Participate in employee recruitment and hiring.
- Organize supply, logistics, sales, and operational processes.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the division meets its targets.
- Identify new opportunities to develop the men's collection and increase sales.
- Sales & Customer Relations

- Consult with customers and effectively present the products.
- Manage and maintain CRM system.
- Monitor conversion rates, repeat sales, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Content & Social Media
- Manage and develop the division's social media presence.
- Participate in creating photo and video content for the men's division.
- Participate in developing the content plan and implementing the SMM strategy.





Requirements • Strong leadership skills and the ability to take full responsibility for the development of the division.

- Sales experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or the premium segment.
- Previous experience managing a team or a business division is an advantage.
- Practical experience with CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Confidence on camera, charisma, and a professional, presentable appearance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer objections.
- Content creation skills and a good understanding of social media marketing and promotion.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a results-oriented approach.
