At KBC, inside sales drives the business. You're not an order taker, you're an Order Maker.

You'll

- Build relationships with recent and existing customers
- Ask the right questions to uncover needs and opportunities
- Recommend solutions, products, and applications
- Generate quotes, enter orders, and follow up on opportunities
- Support customers in person, by phone, and by email

What We're Looking For:

- 3-5 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in industrial products, tooling, machining, MRO, manufacturing, or parts counter environments
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills




- Ability to identify opportunities and close sales
- CRM, P21 and Microsoft Office experience are assets

Tooling and machining experience is a big plus.
