We are seeking a Business / Product Analyst with strong Sell-Side Capital Markets experience to support product initiatives for a Digital Integration Hub serving Trading and Asset Services.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the full trading and investment lifecycle , including brokers, dealers, prime services, trading operations, settlement, corporate actions, and regulatory processes. Experience across Fixed Income, Equities, FX, OTC Derivatives, Repos, Securities Finance, Collateral Management, and DVP is highly preferred.

The role will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Scrum Masters, Operations, Sales, Professional Services, and clients to gather requirements, define product capabilities, prioritize backlogs, and support successful releases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business strategy into product and development initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Break down product initiatives into actionable development work.
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams on backlog and release planning.
- Analyze complex trading and business processes and identify integration requirements.




- Engage clients and business stakeholders to validate product enhancements.
- Support product roadmap, release documentation, training materials, and release notes.
- Research industry trends and identify new product capabilities.
- Provide status updates and support successful product adoption.

Required Skills:

- Strong Sell-Side / Capital Markets experience.
- Understanding of brokers, dealers, prime services, and trading operations .
- Strong knowledge of trade/investment lifecycle and settlement processes .
- Experience with Fixed Income, Equities, FX, OTC Derivatives, Repos, Securities Finance, or Collateral .
- Experience with DVP, securities transfers, collateral management, and trading workflows .
- Strong Business Analysis / Product Analysis experience.
- Experience with requirements gathering, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation .
- Experience working with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Agile teams .
- Solid analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ; Visio is a plus.

Preferred:

- Experience with integration platforms or integration solutions.
- Knowledge of IBOR and General Ledger concepts .
- Exposure to trading compliance and regulatory reporting .
- Experience with product roadmap and backlog management.
